By accessing or using the Laminar Workspaces platform ("Service"), operated by Laminar Workspaces LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.
Laminar Workspaces provides a platform for discovering, booking, and using private workspaces located within partner café venues. Our Service includes the website, mobile applications, booking system, and any related services. We facilitate connections between workspace users and our partner café venues but do not own or operate the café venues themselves.
To access certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
All workspace bookings are subject to availability. Prices are displayed in US Dollars and are subject to change. Payment is processed at the time of booking through our secure payment processor (Stripe). By making a booking, you authorize us to charge the applicable fees to your selected payment method. All sales are final unless otherwise stated in our cancellation policy.
Bookings may be cancelled up to 2 hours before the scheduled start time for a full refund. Cancellations made less than 2 hours before the start time may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the booking amount. No-shows will be charged the full booking amount. Founding Member deposits are fully refundable at any time upon request.
When using a Laminar workspace, you agree to: treat the workspace and café property with respect; vacate the workspace promptly at the end of your booked time; not engage in any illegal, disruptive, or harmful activities; comply with the host café's rules and policies; not exceed the maximum occupancy for your booked workspace type; and report any damage or issues to our support team promptly.
Membership plans (including the Founding Member program) are subject to their specific terms as described on the relevant program pages. Membership benefits are non-transferable and may only be used by the registered account holder. We reserve the right to modify membership terms, benefits, or pricing with 30 days' advance notice to active members.
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Laminar Workspaces LLC. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of Laminar Workspaces LLC.
You may submit reviews, suggestions, and other content through the Service. By submitting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, modify, and display such content in connection with the Service. You represent that you own or have the necessary rights to submit such content and that it does not violate any third-party rights.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Laminar Workspaces LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) the Service. Our total liability for any claims arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Laminar Workspaces LLC, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Clark County, Nevada.
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
